I read a few reviews about this before purchasing it myself. I need a good hydrating night cream and have found that this does a good job. I was a little hesitant as it is quite floral and wasn’t sure if this would be ok but it’s lovely. It glides on perfectly. My skin is so soft and hydrated when I wake up- I love it- such good value and a reasonable size. I’ll definitely buy it again.
👀 Read more...As with all Elemis it has quite a strong fragrance which I really like. I have found this cream to be light (especially for a night mask). For the first few days when my skin was especially dry I used it through the day as well, it had really helped my skin, which is now plumper and not as dry. As always with Elemis the quality is excellent and is certainly value for money.
This is another hit for me from Elemis. Containing no active ingredients so the nights were I apply a retinal serum to nourish my skin overnight. It really is a midnight facial. The texture of this is like a dense gel verging on cream but soaks into my skin easily. It leaves my skin feeling like I have just left the spa and in the morning I have a radiant complexion. I did, really! The unsealed jar looked very annoying, almost half empty, so before returning I decided to check the contents. Using a 10ml measuring spoon (obviously I have no life), I can confirm there are approximately 47 ish ml in this pot. So maybe not 50ml, but I probably wasted a bit in transferring out and back into the jar. Apart from that, it smells very sweet and hopefully I'll wake up looking at least 10 years younger. Gorgeous and ! Now, I am a big fidget in bed, but after wrapping myself up like a burrito, I did not move all night whilst wearing this face mask cream. You do not need to apply a lot to your face and I recommend using it once a week if you have sensitive skin like me. The after-effects, however, WOW! Soft, silky skin with a lovely glow that lasted all day! My skin on my face and neck was radiant. It does not go hard or crack when dry on your skin, and it's easy to wash off with a clean washcloth and some warm water. Midnight face mask!
I find the fragrance of this product rather different. It is floral and to me quite strong. Very different to other products I buy. On a positive note, it's lovely! So light, soaks in and skin feels nourished by the morning. I am using it for night use obviously, instead of the Superfood Night Cream. Will buy again.
