I use these attached to a pullup mate 2 and they are the best bit of phys kit I've bought. Easy to attach, and adjust to whatever length you need. Had these for over a year now and have used them a lot. Still in perfect condition. Glad I went for wood over plastic as they feel comfortable and look good and I prefer the natural feel that wood gives. With a bit of knowledge and imagination it's easy to train almost all muscle groups with rings and after years of using nothing but weights I would say that rings and body weight movements done correctly produce fantastic results in strength and size.
