For use as a shampoo, wet hair thoroughly, apply a small amount to the scalp, massage gently, rinse and repeat if desired. For the conditioner, after shampooing, apply to hair, let sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Store away from freezing temperatures.
