We got a Bluey and Bingo watch for our daughters and they love them. The watch has a very simple layout with left and right buttons on each side, an on/off button and an ok button on the front. The watch automatically turns on when you lift the front cover. There a 4 mini games on the watch. My 4 year old has grasped these games quite quickly and can navigate the watch menus to get to the games. The watch also has a timer, stopwatch and alarm function.
